  • Dont have anything in your house you shouldnt eat thats been the solution for me. When i lived at home my parents had cupboards full of crap and it was to easy and avilable now i live with my boyfriend we have nothing but healthy food in the fridge and cupboards.
  • i defiantly agree with people when they say your eating way to many sweets and your sugar is very high so id try and cut down on that and altho it will be hard if your used to alot of sugar it will be worth it. Also someone said ground turkey instead of the beef which is a great idea and way nicer beef is yukky! good luck x
  • im lucky in that i havnt actually drank any fizzy drinks for 3 weeks so the cravings have gone lol iv decide im going to go to the shop before i go and pick up some bits and bobs so i can control the calories and get a huge bottle of water when i get there.   • urm well its my boyfriends choice so captain america lol not my idea of fun but thats what you have to do to keep the boy happy lol. Im def gonna have a huge bottle of water but im tempted to get something from the store before i go and be sneaky cus like the pick and mix you have noooo idea what calories are in each sweet.

  • im gorwing my hair out from having quite short one side so iv got bits that i cant fit in a pony tail but make sure i put some hair spray in my hair then tie it up and clip my bands up and it seems to do alright the secret for meis good hair spray

  • no ur not atal some people have unrealistic goals. Im currently a uk size 20-22 and my goal is to get to a comfortable uk 14 and then i will be happy. just work to the goal you want and dont worry about anyone else. xx
  • I think you need to start filling in your diary daily and dont spare anything you eat because i think its hard to realise how much youve eaten if you dont.   • Iv been on cerazetta for just over 3 months and when i started i was terrified of putting on more weight as thats a normal side affect but im pleased to say it hasnt happened so maybe see about changing your pill or using contraception that doesnt use hormones like a coil? good luck! x

  • i have 1 meal a week (sunday evening meal) that i literally eat whatever i want and that suits me pretty well for the rest of the weekend i just eat like i normally do in the week. Its nice to have my evening meal for sunday as a end to the hard work iv done in the week then im ready to get back into the swing of things…
  • me and my mr go to the gym at 6pm for an hour an a half and literally as soon as we get home we eat our evening meal. we always try to eat it before 8pm. just figure out whats best for you but i dont recommend going to the gym on a completely empty stomach even if you just eat a snack.

  • just weight till it "works" lol leave it a couple of days for your body to get back to normal then weigh yourself and use that as your start weight dont worry about weighing yourself right now just keep doing what your doing and things will start to happen. x
