I personally stick to what calories I'm given on the days that I dont work out and then the days I'm at the gym or squash I will eat my usual meal but maybe alittle bit more of it or add something to it but I try to not eat all of them back it just seems to give me abit more choice with food on my gym days. I find it hard to work out with much food in my stomach just because I have always had a sensitive stomach so maybe a couple of crackers or a piece of fruit about an hour is usually what I do.
-
Again I don't want to offend you either but I had a look over your diary and the 10 or so days I looked at at least 7 or 8 of them were either over on calories or over on fat. I have realised that unless I'm hyper aware of my calories its so easy to ruin all my hard work. Please don't take offence! x

i have to agree with the original poster i find it frustrating when people put really silly things like washing the pots down as excercise for me whatever i do in the day is a bonus i dont need to log it but when i go to the gym or for a run it gets logged because for me thats an exercise instead of a daily activity.
