Hey there -

I've been on MFP for 7 months, however, I have been seriously using it for about the last 2 months or so. I really enjoy how it works! I feel so much more accountable and have started seeing some progress. Not a lot, but some, which is better than none I suppose! My weight has always been something that I've been unhappy with. In the last few years, it's gotten out of control - mainly due to stress and anxiety. I finally decided that I'm out of time to lose weight before starting a family and with the encouragement from my husband, signed up at a new gym and got 12 sessions with a personal trainer. I have been frustrated with the lack of progress because this has been my most valiant effort to lose weight. I'm not a patient person and my efforts don't seem to reflect in how I look.

I'm 32, just celebrated my 6th wedding anniversary and will be starting my 11th year as an Instrumental Music teacher. I'm looking for more MFP friends for support, advice and more accountability.

Feel free to add me :-)

Thanks!
