A weight loss struggle.

Yes that is right, a STRUGGLE. It is not hard, I know the simple facts. More calories out than in equals weight loss. I love exercise. For example, I am part of a group "Kick the crap outta August". Today the challenge was 100 jumping jacks, I felt energised and motivated so decided to do an extra 100, so that is 200 in total.

I have been eating so well lately, no more maccas every day, I have been eating "real" food, but the one problem is my one craving. COOKIE DOUGH. I almost always have this craving and is hard to avoid, getting worse at TOM.

Cookie dough - has a **** load of calories. One whole thing of it has more than a days worth. I usually "only" eat half but it is enough to **** up my whole weeks worth of healthy eating and exercise.

I am going on a journey, and today I am going to stop eating this cookie dough I have nearly every day :/ I am going to reward myself. I love our spa bath, but I have to have at least 1 week without cookie dough before I have one. Next Monday is the date that I am going to have my spa date. Now to keep this challenge.

Today I am taking hold of the cookie dough rather than it taking hold of me. No more cookie dough. Gonna have to take it one day at a time and hell it is gonna be a struggle. But it will be worth it in the end.

  • I think you need to start filling in your diary daily and dont spare anything you eat because i think its hard to realise how much youve eaten if you dont. At the end of the day when iv filled in my diary i look back and i can see that iv eaten well and i dont need that extra slice of toast before i go to bed.
Try and think of cookie dough as a horrible greasy fatty food that you should hate and never want to touch because its got you how you are now.
