exercising is definitely good for you and has many health benefits, but most people who are naturally skinny, you normally find theyre pretty active in general, rather than do specific exercises, so while they think they dont need to exercise, they probably already are.0
-
idk..personally I don't get emotional about whether someone else chooses to or not to exercise.0
-
It's referred to as "skinny fat" because they're low weight and look skinny which most people equate to healthy, but they still have a great risk of running some of the same health issues as anyone else who doesn't exercise.0
-
hey hey now I thought that running put you in a good mood, do you need a run this morning. It's ok if they don't want to exercise because they are skinny, they will end up skinny fat. You know that skinny untoned looks good from far away but flabbier when you get up close hot mess. Girl go get you a run and get those happy juices flowing and leave the skinny fat people be hahaha.0
-
I can lose weight without exercising but I'll still feel blobby. Exercising puts a whole different feel to weight loss and I LIKE IT!0
-

•Exercise Benefit #6...Reduce the
Risk of Breast Cancer by up to 60%
Estradiol and progesterone, two
ovarian hormones linked to breast
cancer tumor production are
lowered in the body by exercise.
A womans body is most susceptible
to these hormones during the time
between ovulation and
menstruation. Habitual exercise
can actually delay ovulation until
later in the menstrual cycle. This
reduces the time she must fight
these hormones.
Fat has long been known to be a
catalyst in the production of

exercise burns body fat and thus

production.

I had a back doctor tell me that when you exercise, you lubricate your disks or whats between them and they absorb vitamins and minerals. Don't know how true, but it makes sense, also, drinking water helps lubricate between your disks.0
