I hope it's legalized in my lifetime but I doubt it. It is too hard to tax because people can grow it anywhere and the government won't get taxes from people's private stash.

I used to make a tuna salad with macaroni noodles, tuna, mayo, peas, corn, and cheese is optional. I'm sure can switch out some ingredients for healthier alternatives. Now I just open a can drain the tuna and add a tablespoon of lite mayo, cayenne pepper, and a teaspoon of mustard, its a great snack!

My goals are just to stay on track. I've been losing steadily now for about three weeks yay! This week I want to stick to my diet and try to eat more protein. I went from an xxl exercise pants to a large so thats super exciting :)

I'm done with the 30 days but am still doing level three everyday. I'm waiting for my heart rate monitor then going to start p90x

I raised my calories to 1600 and did cardio with a little bit of weight lifting every day :) lots of water too lots and lots of water.

I gained 2lbs since starting the 30 day shred and my healthy diet but now I'm starting to lose weight. I couldn't let myself give up because I really want to lose the weight. I just did level 3 day 1 today, oh and I gained weight because I wasn't eating enough calories

So I weighed myself the beginning of this week and had gained and was at 209.4 now sim at 209 :) it's the first loss I've seen since starting the diet and exercise yay! Hoping for more next week

When I first started working out hard there was blood in my urine idk if that's the case with you but I took it easy for a few days and it went away.

I just started pumping up my breakfast calories today. My goals are still the same. I want to stay junk food free, log everything into MFP, try to eat enough calories, workout everyday.

I did my first day of level two today! I gained a lb don't know how but my waist is smaller

I don't mind compliments or comments but I've had people actually grab my arm and pull me to get a better look at my face which really bothered me. I think the OP is referring to more negative comments. My fiancé's dad rubs my arm and says "I wish I could wash that off, why would you do that?". But to each his own. :)

My "it" would be my piercing and my half sleeve. People will stop me when trying to buy groceries or when I'm tending to my son. Seriously yes it's permanent, I did it because I wanted to, and not my piercing doesn't come out. I also get told how I should raise my son since a lot of people think I'm too young.

I rarely eat processed food now. No red meat, no bread unless it 100% whole grain wheat, no pasta, no sweets other than fruit. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits, eggs, tuna, turkey breast,and chicken breast. I used to eat meal helpers with beef almost every night with instant potatoes, and I used to snack on hot cheetos and…

I used to go tanning. I would go once a week for 10 mins. It actually did the job and cleared up my acne.

Try to add good high calorie foods to your diet. Add olive oil to soups or salads, eat peanut butter. If I haven't met my calories I'll eat celery with some peanut butter and maybe some raisins. It's hard at first but once you get into a routine it'll be easier and you'll start to get hungry

I really want to lose 2 lbs this week. I want to stick to my diet and keep exercising. I'm also doing good logging so I'm going to keep that up.

I started the 18th I think but I always hate the first strength circuit. I hate pushups and those squat press things kill my arms too! Then I have to do pushups again!
