Cut out all fast food and caffeine. I don't eat a lot of variety right now (unless I ate the My Fit Food meals (myfitfoods.com)). I just told myself that I needed to be selfish for a year. I schedule my workout times at the beginning of the week and didn't let anything interrupt those times. I am single and not married so it made it a little bit easier, but I do volunteer at my church, work 1 full time job, teach piano lessons and work another…

I am 5'10" and started at 283, and was a 22... Girl it IS doable. Just set small monthly goals and keep motivated! Surround yourself with people who BELIEVE in YOU! Good luck!

I did have trouble at first... BUT no one picks up all the dance steps the first time. KEEP with it and you'll pick it up. I go to the same instructor for each class so that made it easier to learn the steps quicker. Concentrate on the legs first and then add arms as you feel comfortable. Agreed- it is hard to see the light at the end. Every other time I've "dieted" I would give up because it seemed so impossible... this is now a lifestyle for me. I never want to go back to where I was before!

It's possible!! Keep setting small goals. I set monthly goals which helped me to stay motivated.

My diary is open so you can see... I eat every 2-3 hours a day. Hope that will give you some insight. I also gave up all sugar, caffeine and processed foods.

I use the Wahoo Bluetooth HRM that syncs with an iPhone/Android app called Digifit. I love it!
