Sounds like your not eating enough to me. With all that exercise your body needs more fuel so try upping your calories to 1400 or even 1500......I know it seems counter productive but it really works.

I've lost 53 pounds and went from a size 18 to a size 10.....it mostly just depends on your body type. Maybe you don't have much to lose in the hips area??

Your doing great and you have the perfect attitude to lose all the weight you want to. Congrats on the first 19 pounds!.

You mostly have to play around with it to see what works for you. You do want to do cardio and lift and your right you need a calorie deficit to lose weight lots of different opinions about eating back exercise calories or not which is why you have to figure out what works for you.

My HRM did that when it was broken I had to send it in to get a new one (it was still under warranty) If it keeps doing stuff like that you might want to have it checked.

You can't spot reduce you just have to lose the weight. However lunges and squats are good for toning up the muscles in your legs.

Sometimes by giving ourselves a full cheat day we can consume enough calories that the rest of the week of less doesn't matter. Maybe try just giving yourself a cheat meal instead. Our bodies are so confusing sometimes maybe you need to up your calories for a week then go back down.....there are so many things to try…

I think its a great idea. I have 4 kids and would put them all in something like that for $5 a month. It would be better if it offered more then badminton though...........

To get over the wall I would up my calories for a week then go back down. Worked for me but doesn't mean it will work for everyone.

I hit my first wall at 30 pounds lost and my second one at 20 pounds lost I think everyone is different though especially between men and women.

Everyone has blah days you just have to push through it. Try putting your workout clothes on for a while it might just get you going.
