Like the title, right? I'm basically losing weight so I can gain it right back when I become pregnant. The docs have told me that there's no way I can carry a child right now successfully and healthfully so the weight has to go! I came across MFP several months ago in the Android Market and have loved it ever since. This is only the 3rd time on the website but I'm loving it too! I've been off and on with the weight loss and the trying for a few months now but have gotten really serious in the last few weeks. I've been watching my diet very carefully and have lost weight so far by doing just that. I'm starting to add in the workouts and have several DVDs that I do from the Biggest Loser. I'm finally going to conform and start Zumba with a good friend who in just 5 weeks has lost 25 pounds! Now that's motivation! My first goal is to get to 190lbs so I have 28 pounds to go. My goal, goal weight is around 130, 140. And, dammit, I'm going to do it this time!

You will feel so much better when you are pregnant if you lose the weight first, and it will be motivation to stay within a healthy prego weight gain. Every time I got to my goal weight, I got pregnant again (we have 6 kiddos), we are done now and I am excited to get down again and be able to wear my nice clothes for more than a few months. Good luck!!! It is worth it.0
