I often make individual foil pockets and put in a chicken breast halve with bite sized potatoes, carrots, squash.. and veggies you like really. I just add a little salt, pepper, thyme, and some poulrty seasoning as well. Seal the foil up well and cook at 375 for 45-ish mins. I call it Hobo Dinner. My whole family loves it!…

The more you weigh, the more calories you burn off exercising and just in general. That's why the less you weigh, the slower your weight loss will become

I couldn't go one day without coffee!! I don't think it's effected my weight-loss either! I just make sure and drink plenty of water.

I know exactly what you mean! I weighed about 180 before my first pregnancy and I wore an 18. I have very wide hip bones and so I think I will always wear a bigger size than others at my weight. So, bone structure definitely plays a part :)

that could be a very good sign that you're not taking in enough calories. Try using the lightly active for a week or two and i bet you will start loosing.

also.. if you underestimate and follow the calorie guidlines for the sedentary setting, you may be taking in too little calories.

I would totally disagree with everyone else, and say lightly active. a desk job would be defined as sitting for the entire work day other than just a few breaks.

i would think working at a daycare you would need to have your setting at lightly active since it's not a desk type job.

Most of the time just the total. I was not eating back my exercise calories.

if you eat much salt, try decreasing that! The more salt you put in your body, the more your body retains water.

I will definitely try the quick calorie tricks like peanut butter and assorted nuts. I only did the 1st part about 3 days ago and my thighs are STILL sore lol. But i lost 3 pounds since then, so it WAS worth it! Keep it up! You won't be disappointed!

The more you weigh, the faster you burn off calories. So since you're in the 130's, I'm guessing it is just going to take a while.

Thanks guys. I have usually been being pretty strict with the 1200 and haven't been "eating back" the calories I earned through excercise. I didn't know if that was something I was supposed to do or if it was just an option.

when I say excersicing, all I'm doing is walking for about 30-45 minutes and then I do two light 10 min pilates workouts. It doens't feel strenous at all.
