Sooo... I went camping in the mountains with my family this past weekend and it was so relaxing and fun! I was very proud of myself because even though I was not counting calories or logging my food in, I still managed to eat pretty well and not gain! I have pretty much always been very un-athletic. Do you plan your day?
I'm just curious how you guys log your stuff in. Do you plan ahead and log everything in in the morning including what exercise you plan on doing so you know what your boundaries are? Do you add in as you go? Or do you log everything in at the end of the day and just hope you didn't go over? Thanks for reading!

Scale question
I just bought a new scale. I was using an analog scale and now a digital one. I realize that the digital is way more acurate and reads about 1 lb heavier than the analog. Should i adjust my weight up one pound, showing one less pound lost for me, or go to my starting weight and add a pound there, and adjust accordingly?

Started out strong but now what?

Any Exercise tips that are easy on the feet?
I think that I may have hurt my foot from walking and jogging more than I'm used to. (Plantar Faciitis). What are some good exercises I can do that don't won't put a lot of pressure on my feet?

Is it okay to lose more than 1 pound a week?
I have always heard that it's unhealthy to lose more than one pound a week, is that really true? I started counting calories July 10th, today is the 19th and I have lost 10 pounds already.
