Have you tried Tiger Balm for the pain? I have arthritis in both of my knees and when they hurt that's all I use. I have also heard Bio-freeze is great also.

I have tried to do the C25K but was unable to even complete day one. Now after reading the posts here, I figured out what my issue was. I was trying to walk to fast and jog to fast. I am going to start it again tomorrow and not give up this time. Thanks to the OP for this post and thanks all for the great advise.

I admire y'all that do the video. I own it and have yet to get past the warm up and first circuit before I can't catch my breath. I'm going to keep trying. Once I can do the whole level 1 then I will start my 30 days. Anyone have suggestions on how to get it done though?
