Spinach replacement?
I have a huge spinach salad 4-5 times a week and am starting to get sick of it. What other things can I use instead? I'm not a fan of kale. Also any other easy and cheap salad ideas?

New Food Idea's
I am trying to eat 1800 calories per day. To help me do that I have a huge salad and a protein for lunch and dinner. I am getting tired of having salads twice a day.
