Okay so I am starting on losing weight with the start of the New Year -- again. About a year and a half a go, I lost about 10 pounds in 6 months. Then broke up with my boyfriend and totally fell off the wagon. Now I am getting back on track for myself. I am tired of looking like I am pregnant even though I am not. I already know my biggest challenge will be to stay motivated, so if there is anyone out there that can help me with that please add me.
Okay so now a little bit about who I really am. I am a 35 year-old single mom of two wonderful girls. One is 13 and the other is almost 9. I am going to be lucky and my oldest is going to be working out with me every morning. I live in Minnesota so right now there isn't much for me to do outside because it is to cold. I don't like doing anything outside in the winter. In the summer, I am lucky enough to live near a lake so I can go swimming and walking on a beach lots. Not to mention all the different trails near by I can use.
I don't really want to judge when I am healthy by the number on the scale but I do have a goal to reach - which means I need to lost about 100 pounds. I don't have a fixed time frame in mind that I need to lose it because right now I don't know how fast it might come off but again I do have a goal - 18 months from now. All of that will depend on how I feel and look as the weight starts coming off.
