If I do sit-ups, push ups, planks, squats, crunches, reverse crunch, bicep curls, punches, dips, jumping jacks, mt climbers, skaters, and jumping rope - would it be considered calisthenics or circuit training?
The sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, reverse crunches, squats, bicep curls, and dips all have specific numbers. The rest all have certain amount of time.

When I did a combination of them in between cardio during bootcamp or say a 30DS DVD I'd call it circuit training.
However just doing only sit-ups, planks etc. is more strength training and not really a calorie burning exercise. I don't usually log them in even when I wear a HRM.0
