I am trying to eat 1800 calories per day. To help me do that I have a huge salad and a protein for lunch and dinner. I am getting tired of having salads twice a day. I need some healthy ideas to replace that but not be a lot of calories. Help me please.... I don't want to go backwards from where I am and where I am going.,

  • How about a stir fry? I love them and prefer to eat my veggies that way, though I still have salads. You can add whatever protein you want to it. I also throw in a serving of finely ground flaxseed for the omega-3 and fiber.

My lunch usually rotates between leftovers and:

Small can of tuna with 2 TBSP canola mayo with bread or plain depending on your macros.

2-3 eggs with toast or roasted veggies depending on your tastes or macros.

1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese with cucumber, plum tomatoes and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
