OP, I don't think your running speed is high intensity enough. I sprint for 15 seconds, walk for 45 seconds. I sprint like my life depends on it (think serial killer or pack of zombies behind you). I use a HRM with chest strap, and it burns a heck of a lot of calories. And it's a heck of a lot harder than my normal…

Corn thins with almond spread - yum!

I just started this morning - sprinting 15 seconds, walking 45 seconds for as long as I can manage. I think I lasted 20 mins before nearly throwing up! Good times

I swear I say that every time I drink milk! My favourite is "What happened to your flathead?... Your mother!" from American Graffiti.

Bump. Gotta try this on my next run.

Love my bedroom! Nobody is allowed to lie/sit on the bed though once it's made. I give up!

The Stand - looooooved it.

If you tighten it too tight at the top and bottom, you definitely get some overhang. You can also get back cleavage going on! Another thing I found when wearing corsets is that it makes you look thinner from front-on, but from the side you actually look bigger - I think because it forces you more of a circular shape.

Definitely take them with food - I don't take a multi, but I take many separate supplements (naturopath prescribed). I then follow with a cup of peppermint tea. I thought my naturopath was joking that waiting too long after eating would equal throwing up... how wrong I was! Zinc is the queasy culprit for me.

I've done it in the past with great results. It sucks at the start - your hips and ribs can hurt a bit, but you get used to it. I started with a 34" waist, ended with a 30". Can I please just suggest that you use a good quality corset? They don't have to be custom-made or anything, but not cheapy chain store ones. I was…

My parents were fantastic, but my mum was a pushover with food. Instead of making me eat fruit and veggies, I was allowed to dictate what I would and would not eat at age 6. For years I ate ice-cream for breakfast. I wish they'd smacked some sense into me, then I might not have struggled with my weight all my teen and…

I have given up alcohol almost entirely. I'm an all or nothing kind of person, and I don't just have one drink, I'll have the whole bottle of wine or bourbon. Plus I don't like how I act when under the influence - I've done some pretty stupid things that I really regret. I have only had two drinks since Christmas - both…

Always about how shiny my hair is.

Don't feel like you have to do the C25K in the number of weeks they suggest. The first time I tried it I gave up around the same time as you because it got too hard. Second time I attempted it, I spent two weeks on each level instead of one, and that helped me finish the program and fall in love with running.

Mmm bacon. I personally love zombies. And I'm ready for the zombie apocalypse. My family knows my survival plan too (not that they take me seriously!) I just like to feel prepared :D If you're into running AND zombies, there is an app coming out soon called 'Zombies, RUN!' that combines my two loves. Side note: kids, don't…

I'm proud of myself today because I fought to get out of bed after 4 hours sleep to go for a half hour run while fighting horrible period pain / nausea. I want to curl up into a ball now though.

Thanks SafireBleu. I'm specifically looking for exercise vids though - I'm pretty hopeless with DIY routines. And I cannot do squats or lunges at all :( Any other recs? Surely there is something out there!

My second and third toes on each foot are webbed... in a cute way. It's been passed down through so many generations on my dad's side, and he's told me I must keep having children until one of them has it!

Our budget is AUD10,000 and we're probably going to exceed it by a little bit. We're hiring an 1860s homestead for a weekend, and inviting 20 guests. We're skimping on: - dress (bought from China) - no bridesmaids, flower girls, groomsmen or pageboys (means not having to pay for their attire, jewellery, gifts etc) - no…

Light milk Eggs Light sour cream (for FH) An array of half eaten condiments The veggie scrap bin And often that's ALL that's in our fridge. I really CBF grocery shopping these days.

I love my supportive friends, and can always do with more!

For me it was when my "fat" clothes started becoming uncomfortably tight.

I plait my hair, then tie the plait up into a bun. Works a treat :)

I have failed maintenance once before because I stopped logging my cals, so I am even more determined this time to keep using MFP. Hopefully after a year of maintaining, I'll be able to back it off a little, especially as we'll be TTC. Post-pregnancy I'll be back most definitely!
