My FH and I have agreed that once we're done having kids, I'll have a tummy tuck and a boob job. I'm currently a small B cup so I'd like to go up to an average C. That's probably a decade or so away though!

I love rules. Mine are: - I only drink water and milk - no caffeine (this is more for my headaches than anything else) - no fast food (I don't care if it's from the "healthy" Maccas range, I'm not eating it) - no alcohol

I have a 40oz water bottle on my desk. And I drink two of them during the work day. I also pee a lot at work :)

I create a new "my exercise" entry for each week of C25K, and rejig the time to suit the correct cals burnt if it varies a bit over the week (I wear a HRM).

Mine is set to lose 2lbs a week, and I'm losing between 1.8-2.2lbs a week. With that setting, I am on 1200 cals a day, but I exercise a fair bit and eat back most of my exercise cals so I'm rarely hungry. The only tough days are my rest days when I have to stick to 1200 total cals. ETA: oops, sorry I thought the topic was…

If you do this every day, I wouldn't count it as exercise. Instead I would set your diet profile to "very active".

I am loving salads right now as it's summer here. My current favourite is a Thai prawn salad Prawns Shredded cos lettuce Red onion Capsicum (bell peppers) Cucumber Bean shoots Coriander (cilantro) Dressing: - Lime juice - Fish sauce - Sweet chilli sauce - Tiny bit of palm sugar

Yes, you really see results. And it's only about 20 mins of a workout, plus warmup and cooldown. I've already seen results in 10 days. ---- I had to have a break today. My knees are so sore from L2D1. I'll attempt it again on Sunday and if it hurts again, I'm going to have to bow out, unfortunately.

Urgh, you guys aren't filling me with confidence for level 2!! I did L1D6 today and I'm breezing through it now. I also sneakily took my measurements, and I've already lost about 5 inches all over, which I'm amazed about. Not much weight loss though, which I expected.

I did L1D3 today, and I’m finding that it’s starting to get easier. The only thing that really hurts still is the anterior raises. 1/10th of the way through!

You should be easily able to find one in your price range. I have the Polar F4 and that now retails for under AU$100. Look online for the best deals. Also, the strap is worn under the bust, so you shouldn't have any problems there!

I started day 1 today too! I found the cardio bits really easy, but the strength... my gosh, the strength. Already I am struggling to lift my cup of tea to my mouth, so tomorrow's pushups are gonna suck.

Daft Punk's Discovery or Alive albums are my faves right now. Also, there are a few 2manyDJs mix sets that run for around an hour each that you can find online - they're great if you like house music/mashups. And Slipknot's Vol. 3 (Subliminal Verses) is awesome too if you like metal.
