The first month of Insanity range from 35-45 minutes. I don't know about the 90x workouts.

I've never done Turbo Fire so I can't speak for that but insanity is a great cardio workout. If you decide to do it, go at your pace. Insanity is not for beginners.

Just like what everyone else has said, go at your pace. This is very important. Just because the people in the DVD are going at a fast pace, you don't want to wear yourself out.
