Sandals on men with or without socks especially if you have nasty toenails Ditto for women if you have nasty toenails and hairy toes. Clip them bad boys once in a while. Those shorts where you can see the pockets....why make pockets if they are too tight on you to be able to put anything in them.

I agree I don't add gum or those drop in things with under 10 calories. I also don't log spices, although I really try to cut back on salt. Some days I will ad an hour of work as exercise even if I work 6 hours. Esp, if I am really hungry :blushing:
