When i was on eHarmony for a short period of time I found the guys I was matched with to be really judgmental. Be talking to someone for a while, and then they see a picture of you and poof! Really didn't make the experience good.

With a salad its all about the toppings, try switching out the dressing for something lower in calories, or not eating the croutons (idk if they're on it or not).

I absolutely LOVE insanity. Next week is my last week and I've had some really good results! Improved on the fit test lots, much more endurance, loosing inches and weight. Feeling lonely sometimes for the most part.... The biggest thing that sucks Is all my best friends are married so I feel silly talking to them about being single. I HATED going places being the 5th wheel with them while we were in college. It was so awkward.

1st off, yay a group for single people!! And I've tried online dating before. I"m really shy at first in person so takes a little bit of warming up for me to talk to guys, especially if I find them remotely attractive. I got mine from walmart for 49 dollars and like it. Cant think of the brand off the top of my head though.

You need to eat those back, because the original calorie goal is based on if you don't work out. Your body will thank you and the weight will STILL come off by eating the calories back. Its healthier. EDIT: What he said, lol

cake flour is just more fine flour, NOT self rising. Like the person before me said, just sift your flour and then measure it. It will work fine, I know from experience.

You are def not eating enough! Your body needs MINIMUM 1200 calories a day to get the essentials, and when you're working out you NEED to eat back your exercise calories.

I run outside! I find running on my treadmill now isn't as fun at all. My pace stayed about the same, but I'm doing the program a second time through now working on my speed and am seeing some nice improvements! I'm not sure, I had one of those, but sold it because i couldn't afford the subscription any more. maybe do a test period of a week of just wearing it for workouts and then a week of wearing it all the time and looking at the difference.

I had a successful battle with a sugar craving yesterday! At work we have candy at our checkouts, and normally the sugar craving hits and you buy one, i resisted and went and grabbed a carrot I had brought instead!
