Thanks for your comments. I read another post earlier and someone had said they had set to 1200 - same height and weight as me - but eats steps calories and is losing 2lb per week. I know we are all different but I might give that a go and see how I get on.

My iPhone calculates all steps and reduces the calories. I've just checked out my Tdee and it says 1660 to maintain. I'm starting to think it will be impossible to lose this weight with starving myself!

Thanks for the advise it's helped me make more sense of it, and yes I was going a little crazy trying to match everything up. Carlos_421 I was referring to the Macros and Nutrients % - targets set by MFP.

I am finding my weightloss slow too! I've got 42lbs to loose and mfp has set me 1270cals per day and set me to loss 1588 calories through exercise I am achieving both goals (went over calories twice but never went over my bmr) but have only lost 1lb! Yes my feet really burn when I wear high heels now so I only wear them on a night out and start to moan about if as the night goes on. :smile:
