Started afresh AGAIN today. I'm 5ft 2in and 189lbs and rising. My joints ache, I'm fatigued and really need to do something but just can't get going. I'm work in an office and rarely exercise. Nutrients or Macros?
Rather than just focussing on calories I've started to pay more attention to my nutrients and macros but they don't seem to match ie my macros say I've hit my protein target but nutrients don't. Which should I pay more attention to?

Can I lose on 1,500 calories?
I'm starting at 189lb, 5ft 2.5in, office worker with little exercise. WLR has set me 1,340 but I can seem to stick with it and give up every day. I thought about upping my calories to 1,500 but am not sure if I will lose on that many calories. Any advise will be welcome.

Frustration.....leads to 2 day binge!
