Frustration.....leads to 2 day binge!

I'm really annoyed with myself after allowing myself to go on a 2 day binge after seeing no move on the scales I've being doing this for 16 days not a long time granted but mfp has set me a day calorie allowance of 1270, I currently have a bmi of 30 so have quite a lot to loose. I've been coping ok with the calorie weighing and measuring everything and have been exercising and drinking water. I would have expected to see a bit more progress and have allowed myself to binge. I dont want this to be another diet I want to just eat sensibly and loose weight at a reasonable rate :grumble:

    Please check out the Eat More to Weigh Less group. If the 1270 daily calorie alotment results in a 2 day binge after 16 days, please consider a diet/way of eating that is more sustainable. You might be happier.

    Its not that you fall off the wagon that counts, its how quickly you get back on!! okay, so you binged. Look back and see what you did and then don't do that again. So you were good for 16 days without results. Great.. how about the rest of your life? you didn't gain it overnight and you wont' lose overnight either. Your body is adjusting right now but you have to give it time to catch up. This is not a diet but a lifestyle, the weight loss has to be a benefit not the reason because there will be no going back. Its okay, we've all done it. Dust yourself off and get back on the wagon.... you can do this!
