Thanks. I don't weigh myself, but do notice a significant change in the way I feel, the way my clothes fit, etc. I am just impatient and want my stomach to flatten by the time I am finished with my workout! AHHHHH! A year you say? Ok! That's do-able. :)

Ok. I weigh 197 lbs. I have working out since last June, 5 days per week, but no food modifications. Didn't lose any weight. I joined MFP and since late December I have changed my workout and food to this: I am lifting weights with my trainer 3 days a week, cardio for 40-60 mi. the other 2 days, and Saturday 90 minutes of…

I have been stuck in a food consumption rut lately and I think it is the reason I am not loosing weight at the rate I'd like. I stay within my MFP calorie allotment daily and work out 5-6X week for an hour at a time (2 days weights w/ trainer, 3 days aerobics, 90 min Yoga) and I am NOT loosing weight. Here is what I am…

Great advice. I will do just that... I will weigh in and ask that my trainer NOT tell me. That will keep my ego and expectations at bay. Great idea. Thanks!

Yes, my clothes are fitting great...better than they have in 10 years! My calories burned is only an approx. but my trainer is pretty good at calculating this. My cal intake is based on my current weight and what I would like to loose by June next year (60 lbs). Thoughts?

Here is my workout sched. I am not loosing like I want (2-3 per week) Suggestions? I was NOT eating my workout calories all the while secretly feeling quite righteous.. Turns out, I HAVE to eat them in order to loose weight. I have been working out 6 days a week since June 1 and before I joined you all two weeks ago, I had…
