I finally, FINALLY, hit the 40 pound mark...even better, 41!!!!!!!!!:drinker: My BMI is 25....a healthy BMI for me is 24.9!!!!!!! Sooooooooo close!

I started back in March...I was on & off every other week or so then found MFP in June and still fell off a few times, but I have learned you have to dust yourself off and get right back at it. I'm exercising 5-7 days a week and sticking to my calorie allotment. Good luck to you!:flowerforyou:0 -
