  • I keep one hand weight in my desk drawer (or just use a reem of paper) and do a few sets of bicep curls or arm raises. I also make myself do 20 squats an hour in my cube. You can also do stationary lunges. Set a goal per hour. Keeps you from feeling like all youve done is sit all day!
  • Mini dill pickles wrapped in a slice of Turkey deli meat. It's a great substitute for chips cause you are getting the sodium you are craving. Yummy!
  • I'm on the extended release. Only 1000mgs a day. Any higher of a dose and it upsets my stomach. The extended release only caused side effects for a few days.
