Feel free to add me. I started off with 106 lbs to lose, I now have 84.6 lbs to lose. (yes, I am counting every ounce!!). It is definitely a long haul, I lose weight VERY SLOWLY, but I am losing.

Hi!, I'm also fairly new to MyFitnessPal and have to lose almost half of myself (106 lbs total, of which I have lost 21 lbs since Jan). I lose weight slowly, I'd be thrilled if I can lose 25 lbs by New Years, and if I lose 20 I'd be happy.

I've been on the same pattern (lose some, backslide a little, then quit) for years. This year I hired a trainer, we work out twice a week at her personal gym and she helps keep me on track. I noticed on your ticker you started in March at 246 lbs and have already lost that much?? I started at the end of Jan at 246 lbs and have only lost 16.6 lbs. (though for part of the time I wasn't doing much). What is your secret?
