I'm actually taking this right now because of a "problem" I was having. It's been helping a lot and no urgency at all. I'm almost done the 10 days and I haven't lost any weight because of it (not the point of me taking it anyway). It just helps keep things moving. It's not a diet-helper. It's a digestion helper.

I used to live in an area with no sidewalks. My knees and ankles would hurt so much from running on the road. I would have to ice them after running only a mile. When I moved and ran on the sidewalk it was amazing. It felt so much better on my joints. Now I have a treadmill so that's my choice for the winter :)

Thank you all for your responses!! I had no idea this was common!! My friend in college had her gallbladder taken out but she was a consistent 100 lbs since high school. And my Sister in law had hers taken out while she was pregnant but she was consistently heavy.

She lost weight by replacing meals with some kind of smoothie or shake that was packaged. Maybe that had something to do with it too.

I would start off in a class at a gym so that a teacher can see you and help with your alignment. I did that for about 6 months. Now I subscribe to MyYogaOnline and watch videos at my house. I do about an hour a night of yoga but when you're first starting shoot for about 3-4 days a week. Good luck! :)

The pill did not make me gain weight and I had no trouble losing weight while on the pill. I think people want to blame weight gain on anything but themselves so the pill takes a lot of blame. That's just my opinion.

The best thing I did for myself was to not purchase cable television. I watch Netflix when I want to watch a show, but I never have the TV on for background noise or vegging out. I have so much more time to work out, be with my family, clean my house, do things for myself. it's amazing. I'll never go back to TV. Just an…

You need to build up strength in your knees. The same thing happened to me. Try icing them when you finish running. Or taking more rest days to prevent injury. Good luck! :)

I use My Yoga Online.. it's a monthly subscription but there are so many yoga, pilates, and meditation videos to choose from. I can't live without it! :) I use it every day!

Are you tying them too tightly? I used to have the same problem when walking on the treadmill. Try loosening them up a little.
