Anything in moderation. Never deprive yourself something that you love. I eat baked potatoes and use a tbls. of either shedds spread light or smart balance margerine. You could also skip any fat and just put the rest of whatever else you are eating on top.......

If you made it from one of those frozen chubs, then yes it draws alot of water and fat. Buy some fresh ground turkey or chicken and try it that way. I used to put my food up on a small rack (like a cookie cooling rack and then put a pan under it. That way, the excess moisture drains off.

Eat more food:bigsmile: and eat back your exercise calories. You will feel better and will still lose weight. MFP had me on the 1200 calorie thing....ugh.....too hungry. I am at 1390 cals and I eat back my exercise calories. Also, up your protein intake. Good luck!

In a pan saute some smart balance margarine with 2 - 3 generous tbls. chopped garlic, add cooked pasta (ramen or angel hair) can of tuna and a vegetable if you would like......I use canned boneless pink salmon too (tastes even better than the tuna). You can sprinkle some parmesan over the top if you'd like......yummy!
