My suggestion to you....................go have a slice or two of your favorite pizza and maybe a glass of wine and count it as a cheat night. We all need those once and again and why deprive yourself of something that you love. Its all in moderation and won't hurt your ongoing efforts.:bigsmile:

Total Daily Energy Expediture. It is the number of calories that your body will burn in one day either set with or without exercise. Mine is 1747 with no exercise. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1390 and I do eat my work out calories back. A body needs to refuel and be healthy or the weight is just not going to come off. Plus......who wants to starve themselves anyway. I like food.:bigsmile:

My goal calories per day is 1380. After I lost 20 lbs, MFP wanted my goal to be 1200. I upped it back to 1380 as I was just too hungry. My calories per day just to exist and not gain or lose is 1700. I agree with other posters. Weigh only 1 time per week, on the same day, the same scale and the same way you did when you first started......either with or without clothes. 2 weeks is not enough time to show much of anything. Don't get discouraged, you are on the right track:bigsmile:

Here is my recipe for Banana Pancakes as entered in MFP: 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour 6 oz 1 percent milk 1 large egg 2 small banana's 2 tsp. baking powder 6 tsp sugar Makes 12 pancakes at 77 calories each. You could drop some of the calories by switching to egg beaters and using splenda for the sugar. These are very yummy.
