Have you ever heard of a sweat band?!?!? It goes around your waist and it is susposed to make your waist sweat?!?!? My mom's coworkers mom gave me one tonight and say it works good... I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard or use one?!?!?!? Thanks!!!

I know its not a big deal and no I should have waited till Monday to weigh...but I weigh today and I'm down to 194 thats 3 pounds..plus TOM is here and I was dressed!!!!!!!!! I'm happy next week more fruit!!!!

I was wondering if walking is a good exercise if done five days a week at 30 mins a day?!?!? I plan on doing that till I lose about 20-30 lbs and start working on my areas with other exercises is this good?!?!?
