  • I use Nature's Path organic instant (hate it but it's easy) cinnamon and raisin oatmeal and only put 1/2 tsp. Splenda brown sugar on it. Yum!!!:wink:

  • I found this past week that my snacking is still a problem - especially around 9:30 p.m. I'm great during the day, but it's night that is hard. I got a couple of books on this to read when the head hunger hits. If you would like I'll post the titles!! We all have this happen... hang in there!!
  • Pamela, nice to meet you!!! I don't have any 'skinny' clothes yet. But lord knows I can turn around in what I have! LOL I only weigh myself usually once a week, but there are some times you just know you've lost weight, and so that is what happened to me today... Thanks for your support, and let's keep in touch!   • Me too!! I exercise 4 X per week, 1 hour max. I'm 61 and would like to do more but my artificial knees won't let me! Good for you all!! :flowerforyou:
