  • 14wks and Ive gained 2lbs. Gained a good 50+ with my first so really trying to behave this time around lol.
  • Its 9 dvds about an hour long each. It was all basically strength training with weights and your own resistance.   • Same thing here and I know if I hit that calorie goal I will blow up! I am a little over 12 weeks and just trying to listen to my body and eat healthy although Ive felt so terrible it hasnt been easy lol.
