I was about to post something similar. Gained quite a bit of weight with my pregnancy - lost 42lbs so far (ticker says 35 because I joined MFP after the first few weeks). My stomach just looks... it's a damn train wreck. ): But, I'll keep at it!

Tom, great for you and your wife! Take the smalls steps you need to. That's the best way to success when it comes to weight loss. (: The people on MFP are wonderfully supportive as I've noticed. I've noticed the same thing. Not just with carbs though. Once in awhile I "indulge" a little on the weekend. IE: I had a piece of pizza on Saturday. I could barely get through it and my stomach was killing me. Same goes for anything with a lot of sugar or grease. I would take it slow if you want to introduce carbs back in…

Congrats! I remember hitting ONE-derland a few weeks ago. I was so surprised because I went from 203 to 194! Haha what a difference. Keep up the good work!

It seems we're on the -exact- same weight loss path! I just hit 188 today (I cheated and weighed a day early just to see). I started in 6.22.11 at 215lbs, my ticker says less because I started using this site at 210. lol! Keep up the great work!!

Congratulations! I signed up yesterday but my last weigh in was 2 weeks ago at 210 (2 weeks before that I was 215!!) Today I got weighed again and I am down to 204! I can't wait to be under 200 again! After having my daughter it was so difficult. I gained like, 65lbs! Every day it's getting easier and easier! Keep it up!!
