Start at slower than normal pace and make the last mile the fastest.

Sure it is enough. Do all the variations of squats. Google it. You can move the weights lots of different ways you can move your feet out in side to side all of it. You can even put your balance ball on the wall and do squats on the wall.

I had exactly 30 mins today at the gym because of a meeting at work but I did it and I made sure I burned 300+ calories too :) Portion control has been good the past couple of days now I just noticed I might have slacked a bit on the water yesterday. I just don’t drink near as much on these freezing days for some reason.

I am in! I did a bunch of cooking this weekend and froze it in right portion containers so it is easy to take for lunch or even reheat for dinner. I also just got back from 60 mins cardio at the gym :)

You can just tie the watch on you depending on what clothes you wear like on your bra strap or if you have waist ties. I've done it in my boxing class and I still get a good read.

Ha! I thought I was the only one or that it was in my head that winter was so much harder. I'm ALWAYS frozen to the bone. I'm not even very thin. When I get so cold I get so cranky. The only thing that warms me is running but I don't have much more than 30-60 mins a day for that. I get super hot and love every second of it…

I still breath really heavy and sound like I'm dying but I can run for 35+ mins. When I run on the streets and pass people I'm sure they are thinking I will drop dead at any moment lol I do slow down for a bit and try to take a really deep breath then pick my pace back up. Some days it is easier than others.

Crystal light packs in the water! Gives more of a flavor but hardly adds any calories. I put on packet of the peach mango green tea into a 32oz of water so its just 10 calories. $100 a month on just you? No family to feed on that either? You will be just fine just remember to buy only what you need and will eat. Buy things like animal meat in bulk just once a month then go and buy your fresh fruits and veggies weekly.
