I'd be so mad if I trained for NYC marathon all year and it was cancelled! Especially if I did it with a charity partner and raised over $3,500. Life has to go on - and the marathon is something that's always united New Yorkers. Maybe they should postpone it, but not cancel it.

I don't have one yet at 25, am thinking maybe around 30, if I can choose. Maybe a little later if I need more time to pay loans off. I'm from Cleveland. Edit: Actually thinking closer to 35...I just don't think I'll have the money until then.

The only one I used lately was Tuesday when it was raining and there were 50 MPH winds. And I said I needed a rest day anyway. I still feel really guilty and plan on making it up on another "rest" day.

I buy Smuckers Natural Creamy PB. Label says "peanuts" under ingredients. It doesn't say to refrigerate after opening, so I don't, and I just don't worry about the oil - I either pour it off or just scoop it out without stirring.

I do use whey proteins. Mostly to help me get more protein and stay fuller longer (I can't just gobble a whole chicken or something after I go to the gym!) This is what I did! I was just doing 5Ks at the beginning of summer, but decided to do a 10K. I gave myself 3 months to train, using the bridge to 10k program on my iphone and repeating every week (and took a week off for vacation). I did my 10K Oct. 7, and I just did a 5K today. That's my brother. Aside from Cross Country season he isn't active AT ALL and I watch him put away so much junk every day! And he's super skinny. It will catch up with him though when he gets to college I'm sure.

I drink lots of coffee (I love the taste). I feel like life is to short not to use cream, so I just make sure it fits into my calories for the day. When I drink at home I've been using Over the Moon milk. Very creamy and I feel like I don't need as much.

"small businesses" can't always afford to give you pay for sick days, health insurance, etc. Or they could but then you would make less overall. It's one thing if you're working for Wal Mart and you get no benefits, it's another if your boss is just a regular person. They have to live too.
