Added 7.5 Friday to bring me to 55.7 miles. I'm probably going to do 5.3 more tonight. I guess that would put me at almost 2/3 there. I feel a little behind.

I'm almost 5'2, I dunno what my ideal weight is all I know is I'm about 120 now and I'm not there yet. I figure I'll just go until I'm satisfied.

No definitely not Footlocker or Finish Line. I'd say don't go anywhere you'd find at a mall. The one I go to is local, but Fleet Feet is a chain I think and you could see if there's one near you. You should google "running specialty stores near _____" and see what you come up with.

In July I did 83 Miles. This month my goal is 90, which may be hard because I'm spending a week on a sweltering hot island! But anyway, I'm just going to count jogging and running.

I don't really want one. It might be nice to use it for a little while to see how efficient my body is and use it as a reference point, but I'm trying to make sustainable changes that last my whole life, and I don't want to be wearing a HRM for the rest of my life. I'm afraid I'd rely on it too much, like a crutch.
