I'm almost 5'2" and I'm at 120 as well (I CAN'T SEEM TO GET UNDER 120!) and I'd like to lose about 10, it's nice to find someone who doesn't NEED to lose weight but wants to, I can relate to that.

I'm a poor student and can easily say the prospect of having to pay for a ticket has never stopped me from speeding.

I work out at home now but when I did go to the gym, I didn't do much for class but if I was going t work or going out I always just showered and did hair and make up there Oh and I pad the 90 a year for a locker and towel service.

They taste like crap the food I make for myself tastes better and that's saying a lot considering I'm an awful cook. And I make meals ahead of time to freeze and heat them up when I need them so convenience isn't an issue.

I've had that problem all my life! Loosening shoes doesn't help, and I had a lot of tests done. Finally my friend who's a dr said its the way my nerves are being pinched and it's genetics. I tried some different shoes and the pair I bought last month, which I got fitted for, did help the problem. It takes a lot longer now…

They should have an expiration date. Actually this week I realized all the bottles I had that I'd been taking we're expired and I picked up some new ones.

I don't really need to lose weight, and when I did I wasn't really that big. But every pound I lost was a small victory and it felt soooo good, that I keep losing. I know eventually I'll have to stop, but for now I figure I still can lose 13 more pounds or so.

For the most part I eat everything in moderation, like sometimes I'll have cake or cookies or Pringles or whatever. But there are still things I WON'T eat. I won't eat McDonalds, I haven't been there in over a year now. And I used to dump Splenda on pretty much everything I put in my mouth. It was hard at first but now I…

My moms chicken and dumplings.. It's loaded with starches and bad fats and sodium... But it's the best food ever! I found the recipe and I'm going to try to see what I can do to make it healthier.

I agree. Everyone on here is always analyzing people's posts for being judgemental. Which really doesn't add to any OP's point, and everyone is judgemental to some degree. Anywho, I'll be totally blunt and I'm sure people will just complain about me, but everyone keeps assuming these morbidly obese people are on diets…

I talk about my weight every day lol he always knows whenever I lose or gain a pound and gets constant bulletins about what this week's weight is lol

I've tried most stuff on the under 550 menu, and the only one I thought was decent was discontinued. I think if I were to go to Applebee's again I'd get a veggie or fruit cup and just order something that looks good and only eat part of it.

Didn't do c25k, but as a runner I know that sometimes you just have a bad day. I used to do schwebels light wheat bread at 35 calories a slice. Then I ate some normal 12 grain bread at my bf's because it's all he had and I realized all the flavor I've been missing! So now I buy that and if I'm really concerned about the bread I just eat half a sandwich, it's worth it fr the flavor.

I eat oatmeal and cream of wheat, but as for cold cereals I used to eat them and even the healthy ones didn't keep me full long so I don't anymore

Started out only doing the elliptical, that's how I lost the bulk of my weight, but I can't stand it anymore. The only cardio I can do now is running outside!

Those people would still have 9 kids. Just because something is available doesn't mean they will take it, or take it correctly. People who really want birth control, with a few exceptions, find some way to get it.

I weigh myself whenever I'm in the bathroom! But not because I'm obsessive about weight loss, I'm still trying to lose some but I just feel so good about the weight I've already lost I like the reminder!

Not yet (working on 10K now), but one of my friends is training for one, and it inspired me to think about it. I always thought it was something I'd never be able to do, but I never thought I could run 5 miles before, and I did! So maybe next year I'll start training for one.

My cat is Paris. Usually I just call her "P," but there's a variety of names, like Miss P, Rissy, Rissy Pants, Pairwiss, Miss Paris, Miss Fluff, The Fluff, Cat, Fluffy McFlufferson, Little Girl, etc.

I feel so sad when I go to the zoo and see fat kids :-( Obviously it is the parents' fault but I can understand that being a parent isn't so easy. I'm just sad for the kids because I wasn't overweight as a kid, and it's still hard for me to be healthy. I'm sad because these kids will be struggling all their lives.
