I've never been to one but the whole "No judgment zone" thing seems silly. Sounds like I can walk in there and still judge if I want to, who's to stop me?

We have one in town and I reeeeeeallllly want to join once I'm finally done with school. I'm just not sure I want to because I've realized every time I've auditioned or tried out for something I've never been picked, so I'm really apprehensive. Maybe I just need a push in the right direction?

I don't think it's offensive I just think it's a stupid word. I'm not married yet but I would never call my husband a "hubby." It sounds like a big ball of chubby rolly polly fat and it's very peeving to me. I'd never say anything to anyone who says it but I'm glad someone agrees with me! It's just such an ugly word.

You can't really gain 2 pounds in 4 days, it's probably just fluctuation. Like me, on Tuesday I was 117.6 lbs, and today I was 121.4 lbs. I didn't gain any weight it's just normal fluctuation.

Exactly! It's my goal not to walk and I care about it A LOT, because I have never walked before and I know that I don't have to. But I couldn't care less if other people decide to walk during a race.

I don't. I think you're supposed to, and I've tried it and I do feel like I have more energy during the run, but it makes my tummy sick so I just don't :-(

I don't think anyone can win. Once you find that you're a medium stores are always sold out, because it seems to be the most popular size. Then places carry your size, and it fits you perfectly except for one area of your body.

When people are in the gym but do the bare minimum and never break a sweat. Why are you there? Especially when they are naturally thin.

I've always preferred Asics and New Balance. I would never wear Nike or Adidas (for running, although I do have a pair to just wear around), they're made more for fashion and not running support. But you should just go to a specialty store and have them look at your feet like everyone else said. And not a place like ****'s.

After months on the elliptical I wanted to start running too... So I downloaded the app and while I still use the timers to help with intervals I didn't find it that helpful because I didn't start out on the couch, I was in shape already so I always wanted a more difficult workout.
