I dunno... Places sizes vary so much! At American Eagle I wear between a 0-2 and small shirts...other places I wear 10s and larges. Dresses are all different too, I just bought a size 4 bridesmaids dress but when I was shopping for a cocktail dress in one brand I wore an 8. I have no butt at all so that's probably why I…

Not until I got incredibly bored on the elliptical!

I remember reading a Dear Abby years ago that said 16, but I don't have any references for that.

I'd rather look like either of those than me

It depends on what's important to you... People value different things in relationships. When I was younger I always thought I'd only date Christians, but as the years wore on and I gained more and more dating experience, I realized what's important to me. It's ok that my bf isnt religious, because it isn't that important…

Bump.
I think the way you are speaking so condescendingly is more offensive
You're not being condescending I meant the big eyes girl is. Besides last I checked relationships are all about compromise
-
I think this is condescending and unasked for.

I'm a Christian and my bf is agnostic. For me religion is very personal so I'd rather be w someone who believes nothing than someone forcing his beliefs on me. We've discussed beliefs and were fine agreeing to disagree. As for kids I want them to choose their own religion so I will take them to church if they want. I want…

How many times do we hear fat girls putting down skinny girls because "real women have curves" or something like that? They both come from e same place... Insecurity.

I'm average size and I'm in pain after yoga!

I always cook with olive oil, it's so yummy! Cheese is a good idea I love cheese. What about peanuts? I know regular nuts are good but peanuts are technically peas and not nuts so are they good for you too?
-
Yeah! It's not that I'm against eating the extra calories. I'm just often not hungry and fruits and vegetables don't take up that many.
-
I've been eating whole wheat for as long as I can remember (well since some time in high school) just because it tasted better, so I don't have any room to improve there I guess...
-
I don't think you are doing too bad! Any changes you made are still good changes. From my personal experience, I would say eat less frozen dinners. I know it's hard. I used to eat 1-2 per day because I'm not a good cook and I'm never home with the time too cook. But I realized how much sodium is in them and that freezing…

I realized today that even though I'm still a slow runner, I at least can run now... a year ago I hated the thought of running a mile and I could just barely do it. Now I can run at least three without any real problem!

Nuts are a good idea! I just don't like the idea of eating a whole lot of pasta and peanut butter and bread because that's how I got to be fat, and I know it should be OK in moderation, but I still get a bad feeling.

The only way to know is to try it and see if it works for you.

I'm 5'1.5. I'm only half way there but I mde a before after pic today. It's my profile picture and I don't know how to put it here on my iPad.

I just make a big easy crock pot meal on Sunday (or overnight) and eat it all week. It gets boring by Thursday haha but it works I guess.

I live a block from Cleveland, Ohio

Not calories as much as eating when I'm bored and not because I'm hungry, and still eating even though I'm aware
-
I didn't have one before I started gaining weight (I would have been 16). Since I've lost 20 pounds I feel like it's gotten worse, because now I'm aware of my body and even though I am thinner I think about it more than when I was bigger.

Good job with trying to overcome your addiction. I know it can't be easy because alcohol ruins a lot of lives. I hope she tries to take some steps in the right direction.

Sorry to sound so mean. I just get so frustrated when people tell me I shouldn't be exercising or trying to eat healthy because I'm skinny. Maybe I seem skinny to them, but I don't feel good! She may be trolling and/or needs AA, but I'd rather just stay positive.
