Nope I got worse. I come home and I have the choice between spending time with him or exercising, so I spend the time with him. And he like to eat bad things, and sleep schedule is way off :( Wish I could come up with a way to make both aspects of my life work in harmony.

QFT! I wasn't any type of drunk at all in college, but with Taco Bell 1/4 mile away (and I wasn't walking there), I gained about 30 pounds over the course of 4 years.

I have a piece of notebook paper and pen next to my bed...I have three different columns for all three pairs and just add them up! Not super fancy but nothing else has really worked for me.

I hate going to the gym with a "gym buddy." If I have a friend who happens to be going at the same time, that's fine, but I don't want to have to work out with them too.

I agree with this, not to be mean, but it's hard to notice when you see someone every day! Just be prepared to wait a while before he says anything. I've been doing this off and on for two years, so mine is used to it. It never really comes up anymore.

I think people aren't giving specific numbers because a lot of people see "lifting heavy" not as an amount of pounds, but lifting as much weight as you can for a smaller number of reps, instead of the proverbial "more reps, less weight"

I think they look great. I liked them on facebook and whenever they post an ad, there are a TON of people commenting about how they are too skinny and need to eat cheeseburgers. They don't say anything about the products! And these people are probably just jealous. I'm SO sick of it!
