Ugh me too...and TV shows don't make it any more interesting. I find that it is much more interesting when I do some tough intervals, that's all that keeps me from stopping.

I wish I had your problem, I can't seem to get enough protein. I guess everything I eat then! I would eat lots of yummy pasta and fruit.

I use snax if I'm running 8 or more miles... I was afraid of the gooey stuff too but I got around that by using Cliff Blocks. They taste really good and are more like gummy snacks. I like margarita flavor and they have extra salt to help with cramping.

I'm 5'1", I just try to stay 300 calories under my total expenditure for the day, and I average it for the week. It's usually around 1500 - 1700 calories I'm eating in a day, depending, but it could be more or less depending on how active I am. Thanks I have only done one 9 mile run once, but I've done 3 8 mile runs, I did 8, 5, 6, 7, 8, 4, 6, 7, 8. I usually do a tempo run per week alternating weeks with interval training and other shorter runs throughout the week. So I think I can do it, I just needed some people to say so.

I don't do ANY of this stuff for myself... not only do I rarely find time, but nothing ever turns out right when I do it! Even things as simple as nails/eyebrows look better when I have someone else do it. I guess some people pay to jailbreak their phones, and I can do that (so could they if they looked it up).
