I just bought a polar ft4 last week and LOVE it!! Cost about $90 from a sports store but u can get them cheaper on amazon..i couldnt wait so that why i paid that much LOL my model tracks your heart rate and calories burned..i didnt want anything too fancy! they have them in guys/girls colors..

All you need is a mat if working out on a hard surface and she recommands a 3-8lb hand weight. for the 1st few days on each lvl i used 3lbs and now im using 5..i just bought a hrm and used it for lvl 2 yesterday and burned over 300 calories..its a KILLER workout :happy:

I gained 3lbs this past week and sure enough TOM started this morning :devil: jumped on the scale and i lost those 3 lbs plus 1 more :happy: Wait a few days and jump on the scale again!

I did 30ds from beg of aug till mid sept.took a few days off in the beg becuz i had sore knees. i highly recommand this dvd as i lost 6lbs and a TON of inches!! didnt take measurements but by my before and after pics its a huge transformation!! im now on 2nd round of 30ds(day 5 level 1 ) along with her other dvd 6 week 6…

I was told your NET at the end of the day after exercise should be close to your calorie goal! I may be wrong..i posted something like this a few days ago and want to hear responses too!

I posted a similar ? a few days ago and didnt get a response :sad: My daily goal is 1300 and i eat close to that or over everyday but burn 500(2 JM dvds) so my NET at the end of most days is 800 sometimes a little over 1000 if i only do 1 dvd..guess im doing it wrong!

I was on week 3 but stopped doing RI30 for a few days so yesterday i started over from day 1! Was alot easier from the 1st time i did it..i used 5lb weight and did mostly the advanced moves.Today will be week 1 day 2 along with level 2 of 6wk6pk!! Right now im doing 6wk6pk along with Ripped in 30! level 2 of 6wk6pk is alot of cardio but works the abs mostly..when im finished im dripping sweat :sad:

I did 30ds from beg of aug till middle of sept now im on level 3 of ripped in 30 and level 1 of 6wk6pk. i do 6wk6pk first then wait about 30mins and do ri30..after these 2 im moving onto KB&T then her new dvd comes on dec 6th extreme shed&shred.thats my xmas present :happy:

No EASY Way!! i workout 7 days week and eat 1200 calories/day..i also mow the lawn with my 25lb son on my back so thats an extra workout right there! Drink 2/3 cups of green tea a day has also helped with weight loss and boosting my moetabulism! *sp*

Thank you! I have 3 children ranging from 7-2 so my before pic was my "pooch" as i call it! I'm now doing Ripped in 30..ive lost a few more lbs since finishing 30ds..

Finished 30ds mid sept and logged as cardio circuit training general 20mins! i lost 6lbs and a TON of inches!! Beg of aug..1st day of shred Middle of sept took me 35days

Taco bell fresco menu is good. i eat at Moe's which is like chipotle and switch out the flour tortilla for whole wheat,no cheese,sour cream,guac..also if u get a taco salad get it w/out the fried shell and only use the salsa as dressing not the queso!!
