I finished 30ds the middle of sept but for the 1st 2 weeks i gained about 1 1/2 lbs..around the middle of level 2 is when the scale started moving down again! i lost 6lbs but a ton of inches..took me 35day because i twisted my ankle during level 1..i wasnt wearing shoes(my fault).. I finished 30ds the middle of sept and always logged as cardio circuit training general 20 mins..its the same for ripped in 30!

I'm doing both right now..i do level 1 of 6 week 6 pack then wait about 20-30 mins and do level 3 of ripped in 30! 6 wk6 pk is 25mins and ri30 is 20mins so you can do both everyday :happy:

Great Job! you look fab :happy: I'm on week 3 of Ripped in 30 and hope to loose a good amount of inches! i did 30 day shred before starting RI30 and lost 6lbs and a bunch of inches doing that now im looking for more muscle tone :smile:

I cut out soda and only drink water and a few cups of green tea a day. 100 calorie snacks and i love the 90 calorie fiber one bars :happy:. other than that i just eat smaller portions and watch the sodium!

i did jillian micheals 30 day shred and mines GONE beg of aug 2011! After 35 days of shred plus staying in my calorie goal of 12-1300..middle of sept!

Day 1 of 30ds beg of Aug..had a "pooch"belly from my lovely 3 kids! Last of 30ds middle of Sept..lost 6lbs and a ton of inches! Used 3lbs hand weights! The 1st 5 days of each level i did beginner version then last 5 days did advanced...

Log the same for all 3 levels, cardio circuit training general 20 mins! also if your doing ripped in 30 since its the same 3-2-1 intervels..

Week 3 isnt too bad!! really sore right now probably because i did 6 week 6 pack and then 20mins later did level 3 of ripped in 30 yesterday! Not seeing drastic results like i did in 30ds..hoping by the end of week 4 ill at least have a 4 pack :happy:

My goal is to loose 16lbs got 1.6lbs to go :happy: I did 30 day shred and now on week 3 of Ripped in 30,walk for 20mins everyday with my 2yr old on my back in a carrier..started eatting healthy,using mfp and working out the beg of aug 2011 and almost to my goal weight in 2mths!!

You will need 3 or 5lbs hand weights and a mat if working out on hard surface!! finished 30ds the middle of sept and had amazing results!! lots 6lbs and a ton of inches..didnt take measurements..you SHOULD take measurements as most people loose mostly inches than weight!

I drink a cup of green tea with 1tsp of pure honey&1 packet of splenda 2-3x/day..if you drink it 30mins before working out it really helps with your energy and has helped tremendously with my weight loss!!

YES to both questions!!! I finished 30DS the beg of Sept and now finishing level 2 of RI30 today..with 30ds i walked every evening for 30mins and during the 1st 2 weeks i gained almost 2lbs but by the middle of level 2 i lost it plus more..

9/21/2011 143 9/29/2011 141.6 as of this morning,was 141 a few days ago but its TOM.grrr Today i need to finish day 6 level 2 then later this evening do day 1 level 3!

Mine was issued 2/6/2008 and i weighed 140lbs..its now 9/26/2011 and im 142lbs..was 153 the end of july 2011!! Need to get a new license since i moved to a different state 9mths ago..been putting it off till im under 140lbs!

I get on the scale every morning but i log once a week!

Today is D4L2 for me..knees are aching a little but other than that im fine! the move that kills me is the side lunge with a leg raise..kills my *kitten* and thighs! you do a side lunge w/out weights and touch the ground then lift the straight leg and oh man killer workout :grumble:

30 day shred is a workout dvd by biggest loser trainer jillian michaels..its 28 mins and consist of cardio and weight training..3 levels and she shows beginner and advanced moves. all you need is a set of 3 or 5 lb hand weights and a mat if working out on a hard surface! now im doing ripped in 30 another one of her dvds…

Oh yea thats my christmas present right there!! Finished 30 day shred the beg of sept(lost 6lbs and alot of inches) and now im on day 2 level 2 of ripped in 30..i also add 6 week 6pack 3days week! I didnt realize she had that many workout dvds out..thanks for the link :happy:
