ok. I just got red-lined. I'm at work and things are slow. I walked around the room for about .1 mile and it went out. this is strange

I still struggle with this.. pushing myself to get in the pool. I KNOW no one cares what I do but still feel that intimidation... what others said about an orientation is good,, also if you could wrangle a friend into just a few sessions to ease you in, that would help too.... then you'll feel more comfortable on your own.…

I don't like whole fish because of bones...my go to would be the jerk chicken with peas and rice.. a half cup of that isn't that high in cals. I've only had ackee and saltfish for breakfast. no idea what lobster cocou is??? but it's worth a try.. I'd throw in a side of plantains too.

I love the elliptical. I found it's easier to burn calories on it than an ebike. in fact I hate my exercise bike-it's an aerodyne with the arm moving thing going.. I think it has to do with standing up rather than sitting down. I do find that if I miss time at the gym, I can't go a full 45 minutes.... 20 is pushing it...…

Here is my small bit of advice. when adding personal recipes or meals to your database, name them consistently. if sometimes you call them 'joe's turkey dinner' and sometimes 'joes meatloaf'' the apostrophe will make things less easy to look up.

LEARNED MANY THINGS 20 minutes is easier than 30. 20 minutes is often not enough and that led to a false sense I was doing 'enough.' but I'm working on it. I'M GOING TO CONTINUE. thank you
