Is it cardio? If so, nah you don't have to if you don't want to. Edit: Even though you're impatient (as you say) :) Don't overdo it. Take your time, if it feels like you're starving it's easier to revert back to old habits. If you're satisfied and don't mind, you don't have to eat it all back.

Always take "gym nutritionists" with a grain of salt. Even if some of these things could be true, it would be so extremely minimal you wouldn't even notice. Everyone should stay away from anything claiming to "boost metabolism", it's just a way to get desperate people to buy products.

The keto diet isn't hurting her. You just need to be informed of what you can eat to substitute what you're missing. I eat a vitamin supplement just because really, I would use it on any diet I would be on because I am eating less food, less food = less vitamins & minerals. Try "lite salt" or whatever it's called where you live. It's a salt that has minerals (magnesium & potassium). Eat avocados they have 600mg of potassium for every 100g.

In the end, what is one day? One thing I said to myself is that I am not going to let my weightloss get in the way of socializing. Sometimes socializing comes at the price of alcohol and/or calorie rich food. Don't feel bad, just start again today, like you have any day.
