how to loooose the weight?

Hiiii....i was just wondering...if i go over my fat intake daily but I am still under the calorie goal, will i still lose weight? Ive literally been eating what I want but making sure that the calories are under....but the fat has gone over? will i lose weight???

    Yeeah... I go over and I'm still losing. Depends how far over though and if its "healthy fats".

    Of course! I am doing a diet where I mostly eat fat. Don't see fat as the enemy. As long as you're below your're calorie limit, you'll be fine!

    is your fat allowance the MFP standard? because you can tweak those - for instance, I set my percentages of carbs-fat-protein to much lower carbs and higher fat and protein because 1) I never hit the carbs anyways and 2) I wanted to challenge myself on the protein.
