Also a part of the early morning club! My alarm goes off at 4am & I'm out the door at 4:30am class starts at 5am. I've started sleeping in my gym clothes at night to give me that extra "umph" to get out in the morning.

I put 10lb, 20lb, 30lb weights on my scale at home every so often in different combinations to make sure I'm getting a correct reading. If I use a scale someplace else I take the number with a pinch of salt :)

The Bahamas is SUPER expensive as we import 85% of everything. On top of the transportation costs that Hawaii has to deal with we have customs duty tax as well. During my five month free for all when I was eatting every & anything I could lay my hands on. I was particularly fascinated with Kit Kat Chunky bars & Wendy's loaded fries. I would have them every day. I haven;t had any bad cravings yet since jumping back on the wagon last week.

All we ever bought in our house growing up was plain Corn Flakes but we would cut up bananas in it & it was heaven. Now I love Honey Nut & Multi Grain Cheerios.

Just back from my lunch hour, it was great. I'm full but not stuffed. It's a new feeling for me because I always ate untill I was truly stuffed. Now I'm getting used to listening to my body for when it's satisfied.

Awesome! Thankfully the "gym" is more of a studio/aerobics center so the majority of the classes are dance inspired. There are a couple boot camp classes there that I will check out later on but for right now, it's all about dance baby!
