awesome... marathoning not new for me but plant based is...as of Jan. Did it for health reasons. Also, on a mission to lose about 30 more lbs... would love to run another marathon this year but want to get rid of some weight first. Training with these extra pounds is not fun.

I know I haven't posted in a while. Just checking in. I am down around 10-12 lbs since November. Ran a half in Jan and one last weekend. Have one scheduled for March too! Still working towards the 40 lbs. How's everyone doing?!?

Kate I can not "like" this enough... Not bc I like weight gain but this is exactly me except I have 40 lbs to lose, same height. And I have race photos just like this as well. I have a half marathon goal in March and a full in oct. I can't fit in running clothes and the weight is slowing me down. I need some accountability!

I have Racing Weight! And have used used his online calculator to figure out how much I need to lose... Not sure I can get down to his racing weight but it sure makes sense why I can't get faster now. I have also looked at his quick start book. Yesterday I weighed in and was up for the first week.

Ugh... Half my post didn't show. Just wondering about emeals and if anyone uses it. I work full time, mom, marathon train and try to lose weight. Need easy... Something I don't have to research or think about.

Went to dr yesterday. Working on getting some sleep... I can't stay asleep at night. I have restless legs and other. No sleep could be contributing to no weight loss. So keeping on logging here and now working on sleep.
